We offer two programs to find out which foods your body loves:

Enlighten10 is a 10 day green smoothie detox.  It is a program designed to calm inflammation and balance the body.  During this program you drink a nutrient dense yummy green smoothie for breakfast and lunch and then eat a light dinner of vegetables and lean protein.

The Enlighten10 program includes:

  • A comprehensive e-book explaining the program and what to expect
  • 50+ recipes for the most amazing green smoothies
  • Membership to a private Facebook page where you can hang out with others also on the program and get all your questions answered by Sara.  Each day you will receive wellness tips on the Facebook page.

Enlighten28 is great if you are looking for more of a challenge.  It is a 28 day program in which you remove the following foods from your eating plan: gluten, dairy, soy, corn and sugar.  You focus simply on eating real, whole foods.

The Enlighten28 program includes:

  • A comprehensive e-book explaining the program and what to expect
  • 50+ recipes of fantastic meals to eat during the plan
  • A specific plan on how to reintroduce food back into your diet at the end of the program
  • Membership to a private Facebook page where you can hang out with others also on the program and get all your questions answered by Sara.  Each day you will receive wellness tips on the Facebook page.
